Disposable?

As seen on blog How About Orange, these are Cheeming Boey's sharpie drawings on foam cups. When asked by Jessica Jones (How About Orange) if he had anything to say about his cups. He replied, "I would like to show people that canvases can be anything... just because it says disposable doesn't mean it has to be."

Dip-n-Go

I don't know why the image is coming up blue, but this is a really interesting packaging idea done by PWP that I found on the web today. It's called the Dip-n-Go and basically flips the lid of the container over to form a shelf for the dip to sit on. The lid snaps onto the base however, so it can be carried with one hand.

apple picking & pie pictures

Happy 1st day of Autumn!

Today's the official day, but I've definitely been feeling the change in the air in the morning for a week or so now. Normally I'm not particularly a huge "Fall" fan, but for some reason this year I really like the change.

This past weekend I went applepicking with a group of friends and it was so much fun! We picked cortland, macintosh, and gala apples, and then I made an apple pie on Sunday. Later this evening I'll try and remember to post images of apple picking and pie results. The pie reminded me of home because I borrowed my Dad's recipe to make it. It tasted so good!

Change must be the theme of my life right now. I've felt very content with life these past few days. While some things are settling, others are still on the horizon. Soon I'll be moving into a new house with a new roommate. I'm both excited and nervous!
