Today's color of the day is Pantone 1505U. I'm in a good mood because I'm looking forward to the weekend. Also there's SU versus West Virginia this weekend (go cuse)! TGIF!

Color of the Day

Today's color is Pantone 232U! I chose this color because I was looking for something bright and optimistic, and this one caught my eye. I'm getting really excited for this coming weekend, as I have a bunch of fun things planned with friends. And then the following weekend I'm heading home to see family, which also should be a lot of fun. I love having things to look forward to. Plus, I have some surprises up my sleeve...

Maybe today's color should have been a tint of brown, like a caramel color? I saw this image at http://www.matissecolor.blogspot.com/ and it made me smile. Very cool!

Day 3: And the "color" is.....white!

I went to the Dentist this morning so that may be where this is coming from. I'm also having a "I-don't-quite-know-how-I'm-feeling" kind of day so this fits.

Day 2 Color

Today's color is:

Pantone 5295U

This color looks much more drab in my formula guide. I'm having a blah day. I'm uncomfortably chilled, moody, and just generally not 'feeling' today. I hate when things don't work out the way you've planned. I've got to try and get out of this funk though, 'cause no one's going to want to be around me!

A Color A Day

So I don't know if this idea that just came to me is going to work, but I'm going to try and give it a go. I want to pick a color a day for a month and, in the end, do something creative with the approx. 30 swatches I have accumulated. Each day I will pick a color I feel represents that day for me and post it up here. If I end up doing something tangible with the colors I'll print the swatches out and do my best to color match to whatever material I choose to use. The color may be pulled from my mood, thoughts, weather, anything. For some reason I'm thinking this could become an interesting blanket, but that could just be because I have such a chill right now....

Chosen Because? Possibly the chill I have. I wanted to find something that felt a bit chilly to me, without being gray, dreary, and depressing.
